Our Governance
We live the Unitarian Universalist principle of “the use of the democratic process in our congregations” in our governance structure of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Medford. Our board of Trustees is made up of seven members, and board members serve one or three year terms. Nominees for the board are voted on by members of the congregation.
Additionally, at our annual meeting held every spring members can raise and discuss items important to them in the governance of the church. We strive to listen to every voice and give opportunities to all to participate in the process.
Finally, we have a set of bylaws that govern the rules under which we operate.
