The church will host ongoing peaceful anti-racism demonstrations in front of the church from 5:00-6:00 pm every Tuesday. The demonstrations bear witness to the church’s commitment to racial justice and systemic change to ensure the equal treatment of all people. It is a call for us as a society to honor the dignity and worth of every human being, which is a fundamental principle of Unitarian Universalism. All are welcome to join the demonstration. Our church flies the Black Lives Matter flag outside the building to communicate our belief that racism must be confronted and eliminated in order for there to be equality, peace, and justice in the nation, and the world.
