SUMMARY:Day of Mindfulness
DESCRIPTION:Michael Glenn and Marsha Lawson will offer a meditative Day of 
 Mindfulness on Saturday\, June 8th\, from 9:45 to 3:00\, on the topic of "
 Expressing gratitude\, exploring intention." The event will take place in 
 the Moore Room of our church. The day will include periods of sitting\, st
 anding and walking meditation (some of the walking will be outdoors\, if w
 eather permits)\; guided meditation\; poems and texts\; time for stretchin
 g\; a silent lunch\; tea service\; and discussion. This event is open to a
 ll members of the UUCM community\, their friends and neighbors\, as well a
 s meditators from affiliated groups. Some prior experience with meditation
  will be useful. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch. There is
  no charge\, but dana contributions will be accepted. If you plan to atten
