Come join us for an afternoon of great music with Didi Stewart as she performs songs from her new album, NO LOVE SONGS: Laments for a Broken Society with pianist Joe Mulholland.
Join us for a special concert of original music geared to our strange socio-political times. NO LOVE SONGS takes on American foibles and prejudices with a winning blend of heartbreak and humor. If current events have left you exhausted, this performance is sure to refresh your flagging spirit.
A two-time winner of the Boston Music Award for Best Female Vocalist, Didi Stewart is best known as the lead singer and songwriter for Girls’ Night Out, Boston’s celebrated seven-woman rock band. Having spearheaded tribute shows to composers including Bacharach/David, Laura Nyro, Carole King, and Jacques Brel, she is back to performing her own music, focusing on songs that touch on topical issues such as immigration, white supremacy, and creeping autocracy.
