Join the Medford Human Rights Commission for Medford Honors MLK on Monday, January 18 (a virtual event)! The event will be broadcast on Facebook live (@MedfordHRC on Facebook), or you can register for the Zoom Webinar in advance at https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_OjeNpnqvR5u6PGQtcHFHzA
We will explore a discussion of Dr. Martin Luther King and the ways in which he engaged the community, fought for racial equity, and worked to build Black political and economic capital. We are thrilled to bring you Medford activists and leaders such as Crystal Chandler, Terry E. Carter, David Harris, Dr. Edouard-Vincent, and many others, who will guide us in conversation for what promises to be a wonderful day of dialogue.
