DESCRIPTION:In support of our food pantry partners\, we're moving this mont
 h's 'Third Thursday' meditation to November 30th.\n\nAll are invited to co
 me meditate with us.  It doesn’t matter how much meditation you've done
  before: you can start where you are.  We'll meet in the social hall at t
 he back of the church building\, in the room to the left of the stage.\n\n
 The session includes sitting\, walking and standing meditation\, as well a
 s instructions for each—as needed. There will also be a silent tea cerem
 ony\, possibly a song\, a dharma reading\, and shared comments. The sessio
 n is open to all members of the UUCM community\, their friends and neighbo
 rs\, and others interested in meditation.  If you have a meditation bench
  or cushion\, please feel free to bring it with you. If not\, no problem\;
  we have plenty of chairs for everyone.
