SUMMARY:Third Thursday Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Our monthly meditation will be on Thursday\, January 18. We’l
 l meet in the Moore Room\, as usual\, at 7:00 pm. The session will include
  sitting\, walking and standing meditation\, as well as instructions for e
 ach—as needed. There will also be a silent tea ceremony\, possibly a son
 g\, a dharma reading\, and shared comments. The session is open to all mem
 bers of the UUCM community\, their friends and neighbors\, and others inte
 rested in meditation. It doesn’t matter how much meditation you have don
 e before: you can start where you are. If you have a meditation bench or c
 ushion\, please bring them with you. Or you can use a chair.
