Drawing upon her background in yoga and ayurveda, Lisa Bouley will incorporate guided meditation, along with traditional yogic breathing techniques and movements as well as ayurvedic practices and eating styles into her presentation. Come prepared to move, breathe, relax and learn! All Mobility levels are welcome and any movements will be adaptable to individual range of motion and comfort.
