Sunday Service: Awakening to a Conscious World

Join us for our Sunday Service on November’s theme of Holiding History led by Rev. Bruce Taylor.

For many years I reflected on the “hard problem of consciousness”: No matter how much we learn about the material world, it seems we cannot explain how matter could evolve to think and feel and become self-aware. How to break out of the box of materialism? More than an intellectual puzzle, this has been a key moment in my spiritual journey which I hope to share with you.
