Restorative Justice Behind Prison Walls- Voices of Courage Lighting the Darkness

Please join us for worship on Sunday at 11.  Susan Jordan, a lay member of our congregation, will lead the service.  She will be sharing about the work she has been doing in a prison for over 10 years. She will speak about the men who have participated in the Emotional Awareness groups that she has facilitated, about the childhood traumas they have endured, the violence that resulted from the childhood wounding and the courageous work they continue to do to discover who they really are and to make amends to society by transforming themselves. W can all recognize their pain as the universal pain of humankind and their journey to wholeness not very different from our own.

Join us after the service for refreshments in the fellowship hall.

FREE CHILDCARE FOR TODDLERS & PRESCHOOLERS. We are delighted to have children come to church, and they are always welcome to stay in the sanctuary during the service. We also offer free childcare for toddlers and preschoolers during the service.
