This service invites us to reflect on our relationship with our singing voices; on the ways we can intentionally engage with songs that cradle us where we are, and songs that invite us to move toward them; and on how singing can be part of self-care. We’ll touch on the ways music has been commodified and some of the unfortunate ripples of that. And of course, we’ll sing!
It is our tradition to sing a few hymns before the service to warm up our spirits. All are welcome to join us for “Morning Song” at approximately 10:50 in the sanctuary. Our worship service begins at 11.
After the service, join us for coffee and refreshments in the fellowship hall. All are welcome.
