Carol Schachet (pronounced Shack-it) has been a member of the UU Church of Medford for more than 30 years. Over that time she has served on the Worship, Canvass, Ministerial, Social Justice and Ministerial Search committees, and offered the occasional sermon. Since graduating from Divinity School in 1995, Carol has dedicated herself to social justice ministry, including her current role as the Director of People and Planning at Grassroots International, a global grantmaking and movement support organization committed to the health and wellbeing of the Earth and all its peoples.
