Speaker: Cassie Montenegro

Cassie Montenegro is a student at Harvard Divinity School. Raised in South Florida by Catholic and Buddhist immigrant parents, she comes to the ministry after previous work in education and the law. Cassie seeks to create safe spaces where youth, young adults, and families explore their own theologies, experience wonder and transformation, and thrive in all aspects of our shared humanity, reclaiming and redefining what is sacred. She is Vice President/President-Elect of Diverse and Revolutionary Unitarian Universalist Multicultural Ministries and is active in the First Parish of Cambridge People of Color Caucus.
