A longtime member of UU Medford and a Buddhist meditator, Susan Jhirad had the great privilege of attending three of Thich Nhat Hanh’s retreats, and several of his talks when he came to Massachusetts. In this service, Susan will attempt to share some of the wisdom she has learned from this wonderful man.

Before service, we will be gathering at 9:45am for an Intergenerational Potluck Breakfast and Pumpkin Painting Soirée. You are invited to join us for breakfast and community before the service (and bring something to share), and help us paint pumpkins that will decorate our tables for the Thanksgiving Potluck Lunch on Sunday November 23rd!
